# Assistants

Assistants are the AI personalities that interact with your customers. Each workspace can have one or more assistants.

## Creating an assistant

1. Navigate to **AI** in the dashboard.
2. Click **Add assistant**.
3. Configure the assistant's name and avatar.

## Configuration

| Setting | Description                                               |
| ------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| Avatar  | Profile image shown to customers (stored as 256x256 WebP) |
| Name    | Display name shown in conversations                       |
