After creating a workspace, the onboarding flow guides you through the essential setup steps.

## Onboarding steps

2. **[Install script](/docs/messenger/installation/)** — copy the embed snippet and add it to your website.
3. **Send test message** — go to your website and send a test message through the Optlo chat widget.
4. **[Setup AI integration](/docs/ai/integrations/)** — connect your AI account to enable AI features.
5. **[Select a plan](/docs/workspace/billing/)** — subscribe to a plan to keep using Optlo once your trial ends.
