# Team

Invite your team to collaborate on managing conversations and content.

## Roles

| Role     | Description                                          |
| -------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Owner    | Full access including billing and workspace deletion |
| Admin    | Manage team, knowledge sources, and assistant config |
| Operator | View conversations and respond to customers          |

## Inviting members

1. Navigate to [**Settings > Team**](/workspace/_/settings/team) in the dashboard.
2. Click **Invite Member**.
3. Enter their email address and select a role.
4. They'll receive an email invitation to join.

## Managing members

- **Change role** — update a member's role from the team list.
- **Remove** — remove a member from the workspace.
- **Leave** — members can leave the workspace themselves.
