Do I need my own AI account?
Yes, for paid plans. Your agent runs through your own AI provider account, so:

  • You see exactly what you're spending
  • You're never locked into bundled AI pricing

Which AI providers can I use?
Optlo works with leading AI providers. You can link OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini today, with more providers coming soon. This gives you the flexibility to choose the provider you trust and switch as your needs evolve.
Can I try Optlo for free?
Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial. Free AI access is included, so you can install the widget, upload your content, and start testing right away. When your trial ends, simply choose a paid plan and connect your own AI key to keep your agent live.
How long does it take to set up?
Installation takes minutes. Just add our embed script to your site. From there, you can start building and training your agent the same day. Most teams are testing live conversations within hours.
What counts as a "conversation"?
For billing purposes, you're only charged for active conversations. An active conversation is one that has at least one message during the current billing month. You're not charged for dormant threads.
What happens if I hit my limit?
We'll notify you at 90% and again at 100% of your limit. You can add more conversations from your billing settings instantly, with no interruption to your agent.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. You can add extra conversations or seats whenever you need them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time.
Is Optlo secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each workspace is fully isolated. We use passwordless authentication, and we never access or share your data unless required by law. Learn more on our security page.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
